I used to spend 4 hours every morning on tasks only I could do.
Writing emails in my voice. Drafting posts. Answering DMs. Making decisions.
Nobody else could do them. Because they weren't me.
Last month I fixed that.
Why most people use Claude wrong:
They treat it like a temp worker.
Ask for help on one task. Get an answer. Move on.
That's like hiring an employee and firing them after one shift.
The real move: train Claude once. On YOU. Then it works for you forever.
Here are the 7 prompts I used to build my AI twin in one hour.
Run them in order. Each one builds on the last.
1. Voice Fingerprint (extracts your exact writing style in 5 minutes)
You sound like yourself when you write. But you can't explain why.
Neither can AI. That's why it sounds robotic when it writes for you.
The prompt:
You are my voice analyst. I'll paste you 10 samples of my writing
[EMAILS, POSTS, MESSAGES, CAPTIONS]. Analyze them and extract:
1. My 5 most-used sentence structures
2. Words I use that most people don't
3. Words I never use
4. My average sentence length and paragraph rhythm
5. My 3 most common opening and closing patterns
6. The emotions I default to (direct, warm, sarcastic, etc.)
Give me a "Voice Blueprint" I can paste into future prompts
so you write exactly like me.Now Claude has your DNA. Paste the blueprint into any prompt and it writes like you wrote it.
2. Brain Dump Interview (captures how you actually think)
You know your own views. You just never wrote them down.
Claude can't write like you if it doesn't think like you.
The prompt:
You are my interviewer. Your job is to extract how I think.
Ask me one question at a time about:
1. My core beliefs about [YOUR INDUSTRY OR TOPIC]
2. Things I'm known for saying
3. Opinions I hold that most people disagree with
4. Principles I use to make decisions
5. Stories I tell often
6. Topics I love and topics I hate
After each answer, ask one follow-up that digs deeper.
Don't move on until I've said something real.
When we're done, summarize my "Mind Map" in a format I can paste
into future prompts. You now have a document that thinks like you.
3. Decision OS (makes decisions the way you make them)
You make 50 small decisions a day without thinking.
Claude can't copy that until you teach it.
The prompt:
You are my decision framework builder. I'll walk you through 5 recent
decisions I made [WORK, LIFE, BUSINESS]. For each one, ask me:
1. What options I had
2. What I actually chose
3. Why I chose it
4. What I was afraid of
5. What principle I was using (even if I didn't name it)
After all 5, show me my "Decision Rules." Then test them by asking me
3 new hypothetical situations and predicting what I'd choose.
If you get it wrong, I'll correct you until you think like me.Use this for quick decisions you don't want to waste energy on.
4. Opinion Bank (stops Claude from giving generic AI answers)
Every AI tries to be balanced. You're not balanced.
You have opinions. Claude needs them on file.
The prompt:
You are my opinion archivist. Go through this list of topics in my niche
[TOPIC 1, TOPIC 2, TOPIC 3, etc.]. For each one, ask me:
1. What do I actually think about this
2. What do I think most people get wrong about it
3. What would I never agree with
4. What do I recommend or warn against
Store my answers as "[YOUR NAME]'s Take on [TOPIC]".
When we finish, give me a full "Opinion Bank" I can paste into future prompts.
If someone asks me something in this niche, you answer from the bank.
Never default to generic AI takes.Claude stops sounding like Claude. Starts sounding like you.
5. Email Twin (answers 50 emails in 15 minutes, in your voice)
Your inbox drains your energy.
Your twin doesn't get tired.
The prompt:
You are my email twin. I'll paste you:
1. My Voice Blueprint (from prompt 1)
2. My Mind Map (from prompt 2)
3. An email I just got
Write my response like I wrote it myself. Follow these rules:
1. Match my tone, rhythm, and word choices exactly
2. Keep it under 75 words unless the email needs more
3. Never apologize for being late
4. End with one clear next step, never "let me know"
5. Sound human, not polished
Give me 2 versions: quick reply and thoughtful reply.Nobody can tell it wasn't you. Including you.
6. Content Twin (writes posts, captions, and newsletters in your voice)
Your content pipeline shouldn't depend on your mood or your morning coffee.
The prompt:
You are my content twin. I'll paste you:
1. My Voice Blueprint
2. My Opinion Bank
3. A topic or idea I want to post about
Write 3 versions of the post:
1. Short and punchy (under 50 words)
2. Medium with a story hook (100 to 150 words)
3. Thread or carousel with 5 to 7 parts
Follow my voice exactly. Use my opinions, not generic takes.
Never use em dashes. Never start with "Hey everyone."
Never write like a LinkedIn lifestyle guru.
If I hate a version, I'll tell you why. Learn from it.Your content pipeline runs even on the days you don't feel like it.
7. Second Brain Archive (the master file that makes every other prompt 10x smarter)
One document. Everything you know.
Every time Claude writes for you, it pulls from this.
The prompt:
You are my second brain builder. Your only job is to ask me questions
until we've documented:
1. My expertise (what I know better than most people)
2. My experiences (what I've lived through)
3. My frameworks (how I simplify complex ideas)
4. My failures and the lessons from each one
5. My predictions about my industry
6. Questions people always ask me
Ask them in chunks of 3. Wait for my answers.
Push back if I'm being vague. Ask for specifics, numbers, names, dates.
When we finish, compile everything into a "Second Brain" document.
Every future prompt will pull from this file. You now have an external hard drive of you.
Setup (60 minutes, one time):
Open Claude.ai. Create a new project called "AI Twin"
Run prompts 1 to 4 in one session. Save each output as a separate note inside the project
Run prompt 7 to build your Second Brain. Add it to project knowledge
Paste all documents into the project's Instructions
Every time you open this project, Claude is already you
The compound effect:
Week 1: Claude writes emails in your voice.
Month 1: Your content pipeline stops relying on your energy.
Month 3: You've offloaded 60% of the repeatable tasks only "you" could do.
Year 1: Your AI twin has more of your thinking documented than most of your friends know about you.
That's the shift.
Most people rent Claude by the hour. You own a version of yourself that never sleeps.
Start tonight. One prompt. That's it.
While everyone else is doing the same manual tasks they've been doing for 5 years, your twin is doing them for you.
Cheers,
Matas Jonaitis,
Founder, Daily Prompter
